Kwame Obeng-Sika – Founder & C.E.O
Kwame serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the firm and brings a wealth of experience in Capital Markets, Fund management, Investment advisory and Business Strategy.
Prior to founding KS Capital Group , Kwame served as director and President of Capital Markets at Obsidian Achernar Ltd , where he led the company in setting up the capital markets desk and developed trading models to support its brokerage services on a global scale. Before joining Obsidian, Kwame served as the fund manager for IC Asset Managers where he was responsible for managing and investing client funds in excess of $450 mn.
Kwame has taken up roles in the Insurance Industry as well, as he worked with SIC Insurance Company’s corporate planning and research division where he provided assistance in evaluating strategic plans for the company together with investment researches. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science and Statistics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and technology and a certificate from Ghana Investment and Securities Institute.
Edwin Akyeansah – C.O.O
Edwin Akyeansah serves as the Director and Chief Operating Officer of KS Capital Group, where he provides strategic oversight and leads the company’s operational and administrative functions.
He plays a pivotal role in implementing the Group’s strategic initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving performance across its diverse portfolio of businesses.
Edwin brings a wealth of experience spanning commodities trading, logistics, real estate, and project management having held several senior roles in these sectors. Prior to joining KS Capital Group, he served as Head of Operations and Project Manager at Paragon Greens Developers, where he oversaw key real estate projects and managed operational strategy. He also held a senior technical role as the Chief Network Administrator at NTS Telecom Ltd, where he was responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s IT infrastructure.
