Kwame Obeng-Sika – Founder & C.E.O
Kwame serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the firm and brings a wealth of experience in Business strategy, Entrepreneurship, Fund management and Investment advisory.
Prior to founding KS Capital Group , Kwame served as director and President of Capital Markets at Obsidian Achernar Ltd , where he led the company in setting up the capital markets desk and developed trading models to support its brokerage services on a global scale. Before joining Obsidian, Kwame served as the fund manager for IC Asset Managers where he was responsible for managing and investing client funds in excess of $200 mn.
Kwame has taken up roles in the Insurance Industry as well, as he worked with SIC Insurance Company’s corporate planning and research division where he provided assistance in evaluating strategic plans for the company together with investment researches. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science and Statistics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and technology. He is approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission as a licensed financial advisor
Edwin Akyeansah – C.O.O
Edwin serves as the Chief Operations Officer for the firm. He is a senior executive and is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational functions for the firm.
Edwin has held various senior positions that spans across commodities trading, Logistics and IT including NTS Telecom Ltd as the Network Administrator.
